Meet Shaina Stanton

Shaina and her daughter became a members of our church family on the Day of Pentecost, May 19, 2024. What better way to officially join this congregation than on the day we celebrate the coming of the Holy Spirit!

In her own words:
Hello, I’m Shaina Stanton. This past lent  season of 2024 myself and my daughter, Emma, were graciously welcomed into the CLC Family. We have experienced different, wonderful volunteering opportunities, such as spaghetti night with different hikers that come from all over the world, helping Clyde and Judy run the CLC stand during the Appalachian Trail festival, and making new friends while helping sew quilts.

Coming from a rough background we are grateful to find our paths with God with CLC. We have found the Bible study group on Sundays to be very helpful along with Pastor Jenn’s teaching and can’t wait to hear more from both.
We hope to be able to volunteer and help CLC more in the future.
